Performance Deadline
The general performance deadline for orders is no more than 8 days from the confirmation of the order. In the event of delay by the Seller, the Buyer shall be entitled to set an additional deadline. If the Seller fails to perform within the additional deadline, the Buyer shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract.
Reservation of Rights, Retention of Title
If you have previously ordered Goods and failed to accept delivery (excluding cases where you exercised your right of withdrawal), or if the Goods were returned to the Seller marked “unclaimed,” the Seller may make fulfillment of the order conditional upon advance payment of the purchase price and delivery costs.
The Seller may withhold delivery of the Goods until it has verified that payment for the Goods has been successfully completed using the electronic payment solution (including cases where, for Goods paid by bank transfer, the Buyer transfers the purchase price in the currency of their Member State and, due to conversion rates and bank commissions or fees, the Seller does not receive the full amount of the purchase price and delivery fee). If the full purchase price has not been paid, the Seller may request the Buyer to supplement the outstanding amount.
International Sales
The Seller does not differentiate between Buyers using the Website within Hungary and those within the territory of the European Union outside Hungary. Unless otherwise provided in these General Terms and Conditions, the Seller ensures delivery/collection of the ordered Goods within the territory of Hungary.
These General Terms and Conditions also apply to purchases made outside Hungary, with the clarification that, for the purposes of this section and pursuant to the relevant regulations, a Buyer shall be considered a consumer if they are a citizen of a Member State, or reside in a Member State, or if they are a business established in a Member State and purchase goods or use services within the European Union exclusively for end-use purposes, or act with such intent. A consumer is a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
The language of communication and purchase is primarily Hungarian, and the Seller is not obliged to communicate with the Buyer in the official language of the Buyer’s Member State.
The Seller is not obliged to comply with non-contractual requirements relating to the Goods as prescribed by the national laws of the Buyer’s Member State, such as labeling or sector-specific requirements, nor to inform the Buyer about such requirements.
Unless otherwise specified by the Seller, Hungarian VAT shall apply to all Goods.
The Buyer may exercise their enforcement rights in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.
In the case of electronic payment solutions, payment shall be made in the currency specified by the Seller.
The Seller may withhold delivery of the Goods until it has verified that payment of the purchase price and delivery fee has been successfully and fully completed using the electronic payment solution (including cases where, for Goods paid by bank transfer, the Buyer transfers the purchase price (delivery fee) in the currency of their Member State and, due to currency conversion and bank commissions or fees, the Seller does not receive the full amount of the purchase price). If the full purchase price has not been paid, the Seller may request the Buyer to supplement the outstanding amount.
For the purpose of delivering the Goods, the Seller shall provide non-Hungarian Buyers with the same delivery options available to Hungarian Buyers.
If, under these General Terms and Conditions, the Buyer may request delivery of the Goods to Hungary or to any other Member State of the European Union, non-Hungarian Buyers may also request such delivery using any shipping method specified in these General Terms and Conditions.
If, under these General Terms and Conditions, the Buyer may choose personal collection of the Goods from the Seller, non-Hungarian Buyers may also exercise this option.
In other cases, the Buyer may request to arrange transportation of the Goods abroad at their own expense. Hungarian Buyers are not entitled to this option.
The Seller shall fulfill the order following payment of the delivery fee. If the Buyer fails to pay the delivery fee to the Seller or fails to arrange their own transportation by the pre-agreed deadline, the Seller shall terminate the contract and refund the prepaid purchase price to the Buyer.
