Why was it made?

Because most women grow up believing their cycle is a burden — something to endure, to hide, to silence.

But the cycle is not a burden. The cycle is information. Rhythm. An inner compass. If you learn to read it, you can forge an entirely different relationship with yourself, your body, your energy, and your emotions.

I created these pages because I believe cycle awareness is not a luxury, but fundamental self-knowledge. Every woman has the right to know what is happening within her and to experience it with beauty, not shame. The coloring pages and worksheets accompany you on this journey: visually, through creation, speaking the language of the body.
