Courage meditation

Courage is the moment before the "jump ". That slight but powerful prickle triggers the most significant change. Courage is hearing and listening to our inner messages. Courage means believing in yourself and that your destiny will turn out well. Courage is the embrace of the unknown, the respect of our strength, and the acknowledgement and legitimacy of our existence. It is from the courage that we are conceived and born. Courage is at the heart of controlling our destiny and our lives. The little prickle in our hands, given to us by the Divine. Fill that word, known or desired to feel, with this meditation.
